Well, look who I've got riding along with me on the same bus two Fridays ago (2/06)!

: Okay, this took place sometime two weeks ago Friday when Wyatt and I met up with Nikki and daanton on a [link] bus we had just boarded heading out of downtown. Apparently Nikki and daanton were on their way to a Children's Hospital early book fair taking place for three days at a local south-side mall. We were surprised at how much good stuff was available, considering, according to daanton , the major used book fair doesn't take place until late April-early May.

So then afterwards we dined at Burger King, then we made our way back northwards to check out this little used book store daanton knew. Yes, this place prides itself in its books and various collectibles graded/priced according to condition. Depending on what you're looking for, it can either be expensive or not. Apparently, daanton likes this place, espcially having a small range of used license plates and a wide-array children's book section downstairs in the basement level. It is from here that daanton was to build up his/her collection of FAMOUS FIVE photo-cover paperbacks. Did you know Enid Blyton's FAMOUS FIVE used to be on TV in the late 1970s??

On the way home on the bus we were all tired but happy. And again we were slowly going from stop to stop to stop, an almost uneventful trip with everything going smoothly, right up to where the bus driver stopped and rested in order to resume back around on time. So I decided to pull out my CD player, Nikki and I shared a stereo Y-adapter with our headphones, and we both grooved to the stylistic styles of.... DawgToy! Still so dreamy....!

And I decided to snap this pic of them and Wyatt before this wonderful moment passed!

: Yes, you did! Surely made to top off this wonderful long trip, doncha think?

Here we are, seated in that very bus somewhere in the outer suburbs west-north-west of daanton 's home.
