Ah, so cute! I love the colors and the flowy-ness of her design. Reminds me of Autumn.
I was going to ask what she uses as a weapon, but then I saw that other comment about how you haven't come up with details about the backstory and such, yet. >> Don't worry though, I'm sure it'll all come to you in time.
And if you're open to suggestions, a boomerang seems like it might suit her. I'm not sure why; I think the way her soul gem is kind of wing shaped makes me think she'd use something aerodynamic.

Mines cat themed :U My puella's cat died and she wished for her back and after a year or something the cat got sick and died and my puella grieved and turned into a kitten-themed witch XD
Her design involved cat ears and a scythe to portray her cat's death =u=
So it's not all that deep XD She traded her soul for her cat haha XD
I think the hard part is getting the whole thing to sorta flow- like a theme DX
