First off, Carrie Cooper aka "Damnsel" is owned by who was kind enough to let me borrow some of his characters about twenty to thirty years down the road from his canon.

Sadly, this is not connected to the previous pics I've done of these two together (since their settings are about three decades apart). However, characters like Damnsel are easy to use due to their powers.

So, this meeting is pretty much how it will go in my comic's canon.

Zoe: "Um...you look good for someone who is supposed to be pushing sixty."

Damnsel: "Really? You're risking breaking and entering just to insult my age?"

Zoe: "First, I have a key from back when Joe owned the place...and second, I don't think your name is listed as the new owner. So care to tell me why you're haunting what was my favorite hangout?"

Damnsel: "Actually...my name IS listed as the owner."

Zoe: "Wait...what? You're Carrie Cooper?"

Damnsel (sighs): "Yeah...is this where you threaten to blackmail me with that knowledge?"

Zoe: "Um...no...but I go back to my original question...how come you don't look like a fossil?"

Damnsel: "Seriously? That's all you want to know?"

Zoe: "Not really...but will you still carry the coffee cake muffins?"

Damnsel: "Not sure how to make those...it's not like I have the recipes the previous owner had."

Zoe: "Funny you should mention that...guess who he left his little box of recipes to in his will."

Damnsel: "Hmmm....you and I need to talk."

And thus...a new friendship was formed...

Okay, at least that's what I have planned. For those of you who have read my stuff...you'll notice that I've hinted that Damnsel is lurking around in my 'verse.

If Janus is okay with it, I do have a role for Carrie in this setting...and no...nothing bad. Let's just say that she will have a kind of mentor/friend role (the kind of person who has been through shit and is willing to give advice and support to those she feels deserve it).

Yes, there will be a comic showing this.

Also...BlueTree...love your stuff. I know I only used the empty coffee shop, but I will be using it as a main set later on. I just want to say I'm glad I discovered your page. So...thank you to you as well!
