Description
Ref forOriginally discarded as a failed experiment, X-J173 lived off of small amounts of electricity from wiring in the laboratory. She was found by the scientist who made her and believed she would be taken care of, but the scientist simply experimented on her. She escaped after interfacing with the scientist's computer to find a suitable form. She eventually found a water source and used it to take her preferred form, taking the name Skye as her own.
She is generally serious and coolheaded, but isn't above getting giddy over things she likes.

Not really other than they tend to have little fin shapes on top of their heads, like Vee's "horns".

That's a function of their bodies; they naturally take in water. With freshwater it takes time for them to completely assimilate it into their bodies(essentially they have a bunch of water inside of them until it turns into slime), but saltwater is nearly instant. Vee can shift her size pretty much at will.
As for magic, I'd say sure, so long as it's nothing too strong. Maximum would be levitating a large boulder.
