Although Sho seems very collected and quiet with his poker face on, he is kind and very earnest in improving himself. He isn't outgoing at all, and he gets very flustered whenever he is praised by someone, or when he is being teased. Even though he will slowly open up to you (probably after a lot of awkward attempts), he might still be as quiet as he was you first meet him. But the difference between being close with him and not is that he may get a bit violent when he gets flustered. He may throw non-harmful punches when you tease him enough and will keep apologizing afterwards.
