I just LOL at the beautiful "cleopatras" that everyone paints. It's a shame they found that coin from her era with her face on it, and she was ugly..

Coins back then were made diffrently and it affected the appreance..What they did then was a guy with a relly big hammer would hit the metel and they hoped that a coin was the result..Back in those days they didn't have machine presses or even good die sets...The metel was often worth more than the coin and they would melt any one else's to make their own.. So there are a lot of varibles to concider and so as far as we know she could've been a beauty..Or not..
