I have to say, you have a great style with proper proportions, great colours and fluid posture. My only issue with this image though, if I am to offer some constructive criticism, is that they all have the same face. There is no, jaw differentiation, nose, eyes, etc. While some have different -expressions- the features are all the same. I think you would really see a lot of improvement in your pieces if you made some attempts at trying to really give each of the scouts their own character. Their own facial features. That would really make a piece like this pop! Great stuff still!

Great criticism! I just have to point out that from what I can tell, they all have the same face in the anime, so I think that might have been intentional...? I'm not saying you're wrong though ^^

While I can see why you would say that, and why people might use that as an excuse, they actually don't have the same face as much as people think! Minus maybe Usagi and Minako, who were initially nearly the same character as Venus was initially going to be the main heroine, most of all the others scouts have very distinguishable faces, mostly in their eyes and face shape. If you were to go and remove their hair, and just look at the way the artist draws their faces, despite being similar in style, you would probably be able to tell the difference between the characters. Where as here, if you were to make the piece black and white and remove all other features that make them the character outside of the face alone, you would not be able to distinguish them at all, probably. This isn't to say your benefit of the doubt isn't fair, but even still, same-face I don't think should ever be something promoted. Even if it is in the sake of "keeping true to an original art style".

This is so cute! It looks like they're at a photo shoot, and this shot was taken candidly before the official shoot started. I could almost hear the dialogue.
Usagi: Why does Mako get to eat Ramen and I don't? I'm kinda hungry too!
Rei: Usagi! You need to concentrate and pay attention! It wasn't easy to land this photo shoot.
Ami: Don't worry Usagi. We'll get something eat after we're done here. I think I know of a noodle place that just opened up in the Juban district.
Mako: Sorry to cause such a problem, but I was hungry! I was working out earlier this morning and decided to make myself a bowl before I left the house, but then I was running late, so I had to bring them with me.
