question: if the green hard-ore is red and blue ore mixed together, is traded/fools ore a mix of red and blue ore chunks?

Well, I suppose by now, a lot of characters could look similar to other characters, simply because there's only so many ways to be creative.

Awwww, I love the Subrosians! Rinnosuke should really branch out the currency he'll accept...

As it is, Rinnosuke has trouble selling anything at all, since he likes to keep a lot of the things he's trying to sell after he figures out what EXACTLY they're good for...

It's 1/2 of my favorite Zelda game I've played! It may not be the best, per se, but it's the ones I've played the most.

It's the first one I eve completed...2nd one I got. First one was Ages.

I'd gotten Ages first, too. Of course, I finished it about 3 times over before I got Seasons. I was happily surprised to realize it was a completely different game, despite the similarities in the engine.

I was 6 at the time, and my brothers gave them to me along with a gameboy color, and Pokemon yellow. I had an amazing amount of fun with just those three games. The thing with Ages and Seasons though-I loved Seasons a bit better, with the Rod of Seasons being used almost everywhere, and it's funny how you can just shoo enemies away with it XD

Seasons is a bit more oriented towards action (Aside from the jewel-hunting quest required to get to one of the dungeons), so I can see why people would like it better. I personally play it second because it's easier to fight the true final boss with the Roc's Cape than the Roc's Feather.

Also, that effect the Rod of Seasons has on enemies? It was useful for Phase 1 of the Onox.

I remember the Onox fight, and the Roc's Cape was amazing to use. I loved the Magnet Gloves too.

Come to think of it, Seasons also had more of the interesting items. Ages made swimming faster, but...my thumb hated the tapping required to move around with the Mermaid Suit. At least the Switch Hook was fun enough to play with.

The switch hook was fun, I remember I kept on switching Moblins for fun XD

I always got stabbed for doing that, though, so I usually just killed them instead.

I liked the seed shooter and the slingshot though. They were both amazing weaponry.

Daemoniken In reply to YangTheFeline [2014-01-20 03:11:21 +0000 UTC]

I'll admit to using the Seed Shooter quite a bit more, since it could shoot diagonally, as opposed to its cousin, the Hyper Slingshot.

Plus the seed shooter's shots rebound off of walls, and you can sit there and change your aim with it.

It had nothing on the Remote-Control Boomerang in Seasons, though. It went everywhere you wanted it to, basically.

That boomerang was fun to use...However the greatest thing-Seed Satchel with the Pegasus seeds. SO useful.

Yup ^_^ Then the flutes...I loved Ricky's flute actually, but Dimitri was ok to use.

And Moosh was...meh. For what he was worth, he was okay, but he can't fight to save his life.

Also, it was really fun to throw Dimitri into enemies...or feed them to him, whichever.

YangTheFeline In reply to Daemoniken [2014-01-20 21:17:28 +0000 UTC]

Also, Dimitri was a great boat when you needed him to be one. Moosh was just the absolute worst of the animals, I always got the flute for Dimitri the most though, it was fun, just a shame he couldn't go into volcanic areas.

Daemoniken In reply to YangTheFeline [2014-01-21 17:37:35 +0000 UTC]

Dimitri was nice for getting around the ocean in Ages if you ever wanted to go back before getting the Mermaid Suit, so that's handy. Ricky kicks butt really quick before getting the Noble Sword and moves around at a decent speed, so he's pretty good too.

Moosh...well, he's big and fluffy, and that's all I can say for him. His airtime was completely worthless against enemies with swords, for whatever reason.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

YangTheFeline In reply to Daemoniken [2014-01-21 21:13:21 +0000 UTC]

Especially because with Moosh you had to charge his attack while Dimitri could just attack directly, same with Ricky but he could do that whirlwind punch.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Daemoniken In reply to YangTheFeline [2014-01-23 02:59:13 +0000 UTC]

It would've been one thing if Moosh's attack was a 1H-KO on overworld enemies, but it's just so much slower than the sword. At least the pound attack gets rid of snow piles in Seasons.

Yes, it's for the cloaks in the background and the one the green character is wearing. I just like to somehow use the prop in a silly way to show a possible purpose for it.

For WHATEVER reason, Deviant Art defaults downloading to the 'off' position. It's downloadable now.
