She was the head of the marrine mobile suit team that gassed the one set of callonies in the zeon war for indapendints. So id say she was loyal she just lost faith after the war.

It's easy to get all fired up when you have the upper hand, real faith is proven when things go wrong.
Gato was quite awesome. Cima was nothing different from a spoiled Feddie, at that point.

she was disalutioned and the true zeon goverment at the time was in aixe so she was not selling ot zeon but the small band of milatent force that where acting befor the true zeon force where ready rather then waiting for the aixe to move

I don't think that she cared about Axis at all.
She was just happy to live her "pirate's life" and profit of the money that she got from her business.
The fact is that they were her comrade. If she didn't care about their "mission" she could have just ignored them.
On the contrary, she decided to join them with the goal to boycott them.
It doesn't matter if they were a little group. She betrayed her own people because of money. I have no idea of how you guys can find excuses for such a behaviour.

and remeber her plan was to take the gp04 and the money and exscape to axis after the deloz fleet incadent so in a way axis may have knowen what she was doing. maybe even planed the whole thing not just been there to resuce the suveing ms teams

She never mentioned to go to Axis, she just said that she betrayed Gato & Co. because making business with the Feddies was profitable XD

she fallowed orders like a good solder i would have done the same with out a second thought. the nobler the gole the draker the deeds need to be done to reach it. behinde every knight and samuri that shines in the pure light in there shadow stands proudl a ninja or assison that dose the duty work with pride.

but in the war she did the durty jobs thats what shes good for that was how she was trained and i say that droping a callony was not a nuff they shoud have pumed it full of c9 under presure to be relised on in pact

Look, Gato fought during the war too, he kicked ass and in the end he was in the same exact situation of Cima: without a country or a leader.
What did he do? He fought for his ideals. What did Cima do? Became a merchant and caused the eath of her former comrades.
How can you say "Cima is a loyal soldier because she killed people during the war"? Maybe she WAS a loyal soldier, but now she's the least good example of what a loyal soldier should be.

It's funny, because Char's Deleted Affair contradicts lots of little bits of info about Char and Haman from some of the novels.

I just read the first 2 volumes of CDA and I dropped it immediately. think that there should be a imit to pointless fanservice.

There isn't a lot of detail about their past, but if I remember correctly, Haman's family originally worked looking after Minerva (her father was regent, and her sister cared for Minerva in some way) and eventually she took over both the positions herself, in a way that's at odds with the events of CDA... I can't remember too well though, my Zeta novels are in storage.

Cima Garahau is my fav Zeek girl. She's rather interesting. But Char's Deleted Affair, yeah I am gonna agree with you on that. Kycilia is a strong willed character I think. I mean, she kept Gihren in line.

Well, saying that she kept Gihren in line is kinda wrong. She just hid him her real opinion on him 'til the end, and in the end she killed him XD I can't remember any scene where she managed to prove Gihren wrong of anything.
..This said, I like to ship Gihren and Kyci in my head XD

Yeah, being an ass is what he was good at, but he also brought Zeon together. Well, I kinda prefer Char's Neo Zeon. I'm like Gato, I'm more worried about the battle for freedom than the Zabi's internal politics. But I'll give him this, he pulled that charisma off a lot before he met his end.

I didn't like NeoZeon's Char AT ALL. I just can't undestand how the lone wolf Quattro could turn into such a vapid leader. All he did was going around and crush some girls' heart, seriously =_=; And his plan to destroy Earth so that people could all become newtypes? It's one of the most stupid things I've ever heard.
At least Gihren was a nice strategist and charismatic leader. His only flaw was his obtuse ambition.
--Sometimes I wonder what Char would have done if he were in Gihren's place, though..!
As for Gato, he's my favourite Zeon guy, but he's not a leader at all XD He has the charismatic personality typical of an "ace", not of someone who can lead people.
