Description This is part of a commission template set someone ordered from me. There's... a lot in this set. I wanted to test the template before proceeding so uh. Here's a lil golden tiger parrot thing?

I made the art, but the species/design whatever totally belongs to the person that commissioned me. Can you tell I had the Rio soundtrack on repeat while I created this guy? No? Maybe? Well I totally did.

Also, tried a new eye style out and I kinda like it.

Here's an odd question; how do you get the "shiny" effect on this? Is it some kind of gradient shading? Do you maybe know of a tutorial for it?

You mean like, on the tail markings? Because that's just me 'locking' the marking and going over it with the lighter color. <3
