Just a note, any modifications to a skin released under a Creative Commons license must be released under the same license.

what will you say? In fact i took more soft calendar like exemple, but i think that he took yours, that's why i credited you, but if you look inside, it's not the same!!

You still need to release it under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License.

This skin is in fact a slight modification of my original skin. With the license that I released that skin under it is required that any modifications of that skin give me credit for the original design and that it be released under the same license, either by listing it in the skin or by selecting the licensing option when uploading here on deviantart.

ok, i think i've understand!!
but personal question( advice): when i make a theme or a skin( all personal) you advice me to put that license too, is it better?

It protects you, the author, from other people taking credit for your creation. It also prevents people from using your work commercially. However, you can change these permissions for any person or group at any time with any conditions that you wish.
