WOW! It looked like an HDR photograph from far away. so amazing. You do great work with those chalk sticks. I've used them, but I just make a big mess. LOL

Chalks are nice to use on coloured and quite large paper, if you didn't draw on this kind of support you could try again
Besides chalks must be starded very shyly, then you add your intensity gradualy as is there were several layers.

i've done it in my art class, but it definitely didn't come out as beautiful as yours. and we used a felt like material. so weird
