Now go meet Michelle Ruff (who voiced Sakura for the Street Fighter Alpha OVAs) and/or Brittney Harvey (who voices Sakura now for the recent Street Fighter games) dressed like that for maximum effects. I swear, voice actors love when they meet cosplayers who are the characters they once voiced or are currently voicing.
