Haha, yeah, that could be a cool element --- perhaps she can turn it on or so, or he does, wrecking havoc , thanks  !  Not gonna happen, unfortunately ... it really is a top exit to the bunker: the original designers probably intended this to be the only exit to the bunker.  One gets a better view on the second panel here  . Does that make sense?
