Description
The Act Zanny Commander is an RMS-11 Act Zanny that has undergone a number of enhancements by the Scrapmen. The head has been modified to have a Gundam face in the hopes of increasing the unit's over all effectiveness as a commander unit. Some Gundarium Alloy has been incorperated to both strengthen and lighten the body. But the Gundarium was used sparingly, so there is very little change in weight. The thruster system has been tweaked for increased output and the reactor has been further enhanced to be on parr with newer MS. However only around ten Act Zannys underwent these enhancements. The Scrapmen enlisted the aid of Theadore Rocwood, the former Commander of the 13th MS team to pilot one of these. As such Rocwood and his subbordinate/best friend Jake Gibbit were put in charge of a branch of the Scrapmen near the Side 3 area. When the Anti-Zeon terrorist group known as the Civilians attacked the Republic of Zeon in UC 0091 and stole an antique nuclear warhead from them that had been in lockdown since the One Year War, the Civilian's leader Copper Gabrial threatoned the Side 3 Colonies at gunpoint to renounce their independance. Because they could not fight back without the warhead being launched the Republic of Zeon desperately contacted the Scrapmen for help. Theadore Rocwood answered their plea and came to assist. In the ensuing battle Rocwood faced Copper Gabrial head on. His Act Zanny Commander was outdated compared to Copper's Titanium Gundam however [link] and Rocwood was quickly losing the battle. Copper ordered his men to launch the warhead, but it was thwarted by Jake Gibbit at the cost of his life. This enraged Rocwood, and he attacked Copper with everything he had and crushed the Titanium Gundam's cockpit, killing Copper instantly. Rocwood's Act Zanny commander was left so heavily damaged from the fight that he was forced to scrap it and repair and upgrade the Titanium Gundam into the Roc Gundam [link] for his own use.
