Canon Sasuke can outblitz Naruto with speed alone. (Both are massively hypersonic, but Sasuke was always the faster kid)
Canon Sasuke is essentially the Superman of the Narutoverse, since he can now fly and smash planets with his punches.
RTN Sasuke's pride and self-confidence would do nothing to canon Sasuke now, as Rinnegan Sasuke is more or less beyond saving (in other words, he is the Piccolo of the Naruto Universe hellbent on exacting his revenge no matter what or how the people view him).
Adult Rinnegan Sasuke will be unaffected by Charasuke's remarks about women and would most likely not give a shit at all.
Overall, canon Sasuke shitstomps.

I would choose the RTN Sasuke.
His strength is the force of moral persuasion that can be found behind his apparent lack of tendency to violence, which I feel is more powerful than that found behind the canon Sasuke's tendency to violence.
His other strength is the fact that he is also Sasuke, a doppelganger. Since both Sasukes are to some extent self-obsessed, I think RTN Sasuke is in the perfect position to turn the canon Sasuke's personality against the latter. It would be like looking into a broken mirror, in terms of personalities.
In other words, RTN Sasuke does not need jutsu to defeat himself - he merely needs to turn to psychological warfare. Using this, he would wound the pride and self-confidence of the canon Sasuke, though with a much more crushing effect than other people could achieve.
Don't let RTN Sasuke's benign manner deceive you. He will (mentally) destroy the canon Sasuke.

Sasuke Road to Ninja: Is more cute, more open, more happy, more nice, and definitely MORE SOCIAL. But its playboy-jerk so I hate him -_-
