This teetotaling turtle is totally about tea~ Today's #Inktober entry is the old kappa granny, Sobo-Okame. She's not a true kappa (Japanese river imp) but is often mistaken for one, for carring a plate atop her unkempt head, filled with all the wares for an elegant tea party.As a tea ceremony master, she is calm and caring towards KoiKoi, and tries to distill manners onto the young ruler. Other activities Okame enjoys are going on (super slow!) walks and watching Noh dramas.
