Tomorrow, I buy a Switch, and with it, Kirby Star Allies (baring any setbacks or supply issues)!! Sorry or the delay-- I'm literally painting these by the day! Tonight I'm uploading some of Kirby's classic reoccurring bosses. Though they all debuted in the original Gameboy game over 25 years ago, these characters have stood the test of time and have showed up in many Kirby titles since. Recently, a lot of them have been given graphical updates and redesigns that I've tried to translate to these most current of clay figurines. Fun fact- even these large sculptures are made of the best Sculpey money can buy, but I'm not gonna waste so much clay needlessly bulking out their insides. For the big 'uns, I first make an armature out of aluminum foil shaped roughly to their size, and then coat that in a skin of clay for details and such. That's the economical way!

I have a backlog of Kirby sculptures I've made in 2018 to be posted online, so stick with me this week as we count down the days to Kirby Star Allies on March 16th! Enjoy all the cuteness Dream Land has to offer, brought to you like no one else can, straight from the crafty hands of Daimyo-KoiKoi! Whaha!!
