It's been three weeks since the last terrible incident. I still remember the shock of the crack, like an egg exploding. The slithering squish made its way to my ears and tattooed into my brain. I can only imagine its final thoughts as I descended, snuffing its life out in one fell swoop.

Although it's been washed away, I can still feel the stain weighing down my sole."

Hurrah for ambiguous murder snippet. Except the last bit. I could not resist. Spring has finally settled down under, which usually means even crazier weather with bouts of temperature and rain (bringing the snails out in crazy droves and circles). On the whole it's pretty much safer to stay indoors til Summer comes around and burns our buns
