What this policy of you not wanting to do Saturn? Also who decision it is to not fully color in the outfit and leaving the midriff showing?
Either way why does Mars still have her full outfit?

My policy is that I do not do any colored FMG depictions of characters that are underage such as Sailor Saturn who is, if I'm not mistaken, isΒ between 9 and 12.
The midriff was something done out of my own amusement.Β
