Jellal Fernandes from Fairy Tail. You can make an argument that it's Sieg Hart from Rave Master, because they are the same exact character design hahaha.Used a reference to draw the picture. Then proceeded to my first remotely-successful attempt at copic markers (which my friend lent to me). blah.
