In the beginning of the group I was in the chat room and then everyone talked to me but now like a week after, they all seems to be best friends XD

I was too nervous to try the chatrooms since I always get kicked off the computer I has no life > w < and it would ruin the rp if I suddenly had to disappear without warning. But I could tell by submission that some people are already so dang close XD and then I end up wondering "Noooo~ where do I belooooong~ "
I'm sure there will always be opportunities popping up, I'm already participating in three rp notes so it's a start > w <
Luckily the group clarified it doesn't have to be the chatrooms only, notes or even comments are much more easier than the pressure of using chat only, which seems like it needs an immediate response XD

Yeah I don't dear to rp in the chat. I take like forever to response (because I need to check my spelling and stuff) and yeah it seems like you need to be quick when you rp in the chat.
I have participating in 4 rp's so far but only through comments and notes. But I like it that way. It's a lot easier and it's not stressful at all ^ ^
I'm really glad that it's not a must that you need to rp in the chat. I was so reviled when I read that in the latest journal~

That's another benefit to using notes and comments, there seems to be no rush or high expectations like there is in chat. It gets too awkward and creativity can't be rushed or it isn't as fun > w <
Plus, it gets awkward when someone posts the same time as you and then it makes no sense, causing someone else to revise what they posted or completely ignore it. I've had that happen to me in a large group rp, it didn't go so well. I was about to start an intense battle but the person ruined my moment DX
But everyone has their own preferences, I just find one-on-one easier for story development. As a group it would be hard for everyone to react together. For example, if romance is involved. With just two characters, a romance could easily happen, but with each multiple rp, a new story and new romance could develop and is unrelated to any other rp. When it comes to the group overall, I end up thinking how each character seems to have a specific partner shown off in multiple drawings. It probably wouldn't matter, but it's a thought I dwell on a lot = w =

Yeah one-on-one is a lot more easier to develop a flowing story. But it seems that this group has a cool way of rp:ing in a group. I was invited once but I freaked out and left... But yeah this group seems to have some kind of order that you need to follow. Like first one person writes, and then the other, and then etc... It seems a lot easier but yeah if they do something unexpected and make the story turn when you actually wanted to say something I guess that sucks. I haven't group rp:ed before so I don't know the feel but I can imagine that it's really annoying if it happens...

Well it's always a good thing to try something new XD
I've been in unorganized and extremely strict groups before...it can be fun but not always, it gets picky. I would constantly get criticized throughout the experience because I always write too long, too short, or I would put something I shouldn't have control over because of a rule I was never told about. I also had to go through a rp experience with my online ex-boyfriend and his ex and it got pretty bad...she had to warn me about him trying to kick me out for godmodding his character -_- especially since it was around the time he dumped me because the other girl "does things I wouldn't do," it wasn't easy to not mess up on the rp...(long story, the girl was someone he was still intimate with and he "cheated" on her with me, but I became really good friends with that girl and we both dislike him)
But I just love how this group seems different, I might just even give the chats another chance in a moment...that or I'll stalk it again for my own personal learning experience > w <

Yeah this group isn't like that at all. I told them that I wasn't used to rp and that I would probably fail or something but they all just laughed and said that it was oke to fail. They was just happy that I was even interested, they are REALLY nice. There are like no super strict rules in this group which I like ^ ^
I'm glad that this is the first rp group that I joined, they all are so nice~
I'm probably gonna give the chat a try as well XD (but I'm not sure, I enjoy one-on-one)

I'm happy that I discovered this group around the time it was first created, but I panicked once I noticed how many applications were quickly flooding in. Luckily I made it in time since it's worth it > w <
I honestly don't like attempting the chat still, but I told myself I would try it at least once but not counting the times I ran away
(Sometimes the most interesting stories I found were inspired from rambling, I was even suggested to make my ramblings from my past relationships as a story/manga but I didn't want to yet XD )
