Meet Ice Ace, HeartBeat's evil nemesis! ...um... okay... maybe it's more of a frienemy...Name- Ice Ace

Bio- Ever since Icey was a filly, she loved the cold, and to ice skate. She helped at almost every Winter Wrap-Up in Ponyville, and loved it. In fact, Icey got her cutiemark while she first helped out at the Wrap-Up. When she got older, she moved to Canterlot for a better experience. She met her friend, HeartBeat, and many others. She and HeartBeat were two very good friends, although share many differences, and found each other annoying quite often. That was a bit of a problem considering they were roommates in a small apartment building. To now, she still loves the cold and ice, loves ice skating, in fact, that's why her name is Ice Ace!

I like your main OC better, but she's very pretty. I think that it's funny that she and HeartBeat are frenemies XDD. Makes sense though 
I like her eyes, and interesting colors you used. Her mane looks different from other ice ponies I've seen. I think you did good here ^^. I could totally see this pony not liking flowers or being allergic to heat XD. She'd probably cause HeartBeat some sneezy mischief too thanks to her being icy and all that.
