Description Here is an old one I hadn't posted on DA. Thought I'd share! This is 16th c. German dress, in the "kampfrau" or "trossfrau" style. I made this in early 2007 for Gulf Wars.

I really love this dress.
ItΒ΄s design is very neat and the colors are really fitting you.
Also the little details keep it alive. very good job!

But I must say that I stopped at first by the title, because it means Camp Woman in german
(your missing an F ) but thatΒ΄s just silly brain vomit

Yes, indeed, kampfrau is a way of referring to a camp woman! I don't speak German myself - maybe a few words haha, but the terms "kampfrau" and also "trossfrau" were made up in modern times by those who do speak German. The terms refer to the women who followed the Landsknecht soldiers in this period.
