Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can pay 500 LP; add 1 DARK and/or Fiend-Type monster from your Deck, Extra Deck, Graveyard or Banished Zone to your hand. If this card leaves the field, Special Summon 1 "Bill Cipher, the Chaos Bringer" from your Deck, hand, Graveyard, or Banished Zone to your side of the field, ignoring the Summoning conditions.
