Bio:

ECKHARR is one of the merpeople in Nii'riish's clan. He developed an interest in Salokin's twin sister, Vivian. Eckharr was one of the mermaids washed inland by the hurricane, but he was relocated back into the sea. Eckharr later attempted to mate with Vivian without her permission due to his hormones going out of control, but she rejected him and shut him out. Fillippii comforted him later.

Things soon changed when the clan is greeted by a Dinosaurian mermaid named Jessiana, who was fleeing from a vicious cecaelia named Cephalor, who hunts and kills mermaids for sport. Eckharr agreed to hide her until the threat disappeared. He honored Radu's sacrifice, and Ayna took over as the new clan leader and Eckharr bid Jessiana farewell after Cephalor's death.
