NOVIS is a Metriacanthosaurus parkeri who is a City Predator stationed in Kralayssia. She has gladly joined the Uprisers, not caring that what they are doing is construed as treason by most. Novis dreamed of going to the surface, but was rejected from the Consensus due to not meeting the proper physical standards. Infuriated and unwilling to wait another decade, she swore to go regardless, one way or another. She accepted the offer from Glivem, who agreed to help her go if she joined the Neodian Knights to act as a spy for the Uprisers, reporting everything to them. This is how the small rebel faction has kept a step ahead of their enemies. Novis will follow any order given to her, even eliminating any witnesses, innocent or not.
