Godzilla: UnleashedEpisode 10
Crystals that crashed into the Atlantic Ocean have caused a huge city to rise from the depths. Sean realizes this is the legendary city of Atlantis, which sank into the sea millennia ago due to a huge earthquake. Soon, unidentified Kaiju activity has been detected near Atlantis. Preliminary intelligence suggests that one of the Kaiju is alien in origin, leading Miku and Tagaki to wonder if the Vortaak might be involved in the recent crystal asteroid incident.
Vorticia notices some Kaiju have grown stronger from the crystals, and decides to use them to strengthen her own Kaiju. Orga and Mechagodzilla attack the ancient city. In response, the Emperor of Atlantis summons the city's Guardian Kaiju, Manda, who is able to drive off the alien Kaiju for the time being with help from Godzilla. The world is soon stumped on what to do with the Atlanteans...

Like maybe Atlantis and Seatopia were once at war with each other which had Megalon and Manda at odds as well given that they're their people's respective protectors
