Description
After the Gamera Rebirth hype, I decided to watch all 12 of the previous Gamera movies. It also influenced me to make some new drawings for Gamera and company. These designs are not for Legend of the Guardians and are just for fun, but they could be of use for a future story if one comes to mind.

Zedus' design is a little closer to the original in color, with more lizard-like traits. This is also the last picture for this miniproject

The Hunter of Man
ZEDUS

Height: 50 meters
Mass: 400 tons

Another large creature of the natural order, ZEDUS was also awoken by the constant use of Mana. While not as lethal as Marukobukarappa, it was still a formidable beast with an insatiable appetite for flesh. Luckily, it is not driven by the malice of of the Gyaos virus, and instead, Zedus' instincts are merely primal, driven by the need to survive. Nonetheless, it is still dangerous to humanity, and even a simple destructive quest for food will force Gamera into action against this reptilian hunter.

-Harpoon tongue
-Acid spit
-Can jump up to 200 meters
-Adept swimmer, stays underwater with specialized gills
-Regeneration
