On a warm night in Rabbitclan, Toadtail is curled with his mate Flakefur. Toadtail has never fully allowed himself to fully open up to his mate. He feels... hesitant to fall in love with the other tom because Toadtail has another baby mama in another group and a forbidden child. He is jolted awake in one of his dreams to find... Amber Snow with a starclan pelt?? She of course is rather upbeat and greets him warmly. He is shocked to see she is dead and demands to know what happened and where Snow Fox is. Amber is rather unbothered to inform him she was murdered and their child lives in what remains of her group after a terrible coupe. She tells him she doesn't have much time, but she just wanted to let him know what happened and that his son is fine and thriving. She also scolds him and tells him to stop moping around and start a new family with Flakefur if thats what he wants. Flakefur, back in the living world, is pleased to have his mate purring in his sleep. He wonders what Toadtail is dreaming about before going back to sleep himself.
