Well Crac's normal design is more or less done. So now onto his "metal breakdown" mode.The plan is that when he enters this mode, he becomes mindlessly enraged and cannot be controlled. His speed and strength increase significantly, which creates higher generator output that causes him to overheat and glow red hot.
Any suggestions as to what to improve in this mode? I popped out his shoulders a bit and hes got the angry eyes of course. Not sure if he's too glowy and whatnot. I might need to design more areas to expand on his body that can serve as heat exhausts.

You could do heat exhausts coming out of his head; so they look like little horns or something

How about giving Crac a monitor for a face or maybe a concept similar to this [link]
I was thinking that for his Metal Breakdown mode, he his body could open up or maybe become more compact, Either way, something that would make him look different besides a color change and angry eyes.

I definitely wanna try to make him open up more in the Metal Breakdown mode. I'd write it off as being for heat exaust, but I'd like to see him look somewhat bulkier and more menacing when he's angry.

Originally yeah, but whenever his eyes would be covered slightly (i.e, when he has angry or worried eyes)the helmet would inexplicably be back where he had cut it off. That's why I wanted to rework the helmet without the eyes overlapping, but people seem to still prefer that design.

hmm the design is cool but i think perhaps the whole body red is a bit... .mmm idk the words i think if the eyes glowed that be cool, maybe getting rid of the red but the yellow around his arms that tint would be nice if you could get the grey to have a glowing effect i think thatd be nice too

I agree with Shin-kun-san-chan-sama, also I'd suggest changing the eyes from white to a more intense color. Maybe golden-red, something along those lines.

I see, I see. They do look pretty plain when they're just white. I'm gonna have to see if the half-blacked out eyes look better too.

well, I have a couple ideas.
you might want to tone the red down a bit, like mix it with the blue metal more. That way it'll look more like the metal's being heated then it was painted red.
I'd also say to have most of the heated metal look like it's busting out more, like it's coming off of its hinges.
Finally, and this is more of a pet peeve then anything, don't put the helmet over his eye's like that. Hey cut the metal off there in circles, so it should probably look more like part of his eyes blacked out to make the whites look angry.
