Commission from

I was originally commissioned to just do two of her characters with a flat background but when she paid me twice than what I was asking for, I thought the least I could do was put in a real background.

I got the idea for the lionesses to be grooming each other from a lion documentary I watched where it briefly mentioned how pride members will groom each other to stregthen their bonds as a family.

I added the fireflies because the picture just needed something to make it a little more magical.
