Entry for an illustration contest, along with: [link]The theme was the tale "The wolf and the fox", do you know it?
It's funny to turn on traditional every once in a while!
These two paintings took me 4 days of work, I'm really slow at painting : / I didn't win anyway... I'm just sorry because they kept the originals.

I don't know the tale "The wolf and the fox" but maybe I can guess a little from what I can see here! The two decided to rob a butchery while it was empty and the wolf decided to eat everything first (fat belly) and is eventually too heavy to run when the butcher comes back to see the thieves? And only the fox manages to escape because he "wears" a light bit of meat?

Huh, I musta heard of this story before, but I really can't remember the exact details of it. But awesome pick, I love their expressions! Too bad the fox is gonna screw over the wolf

Mi piace molto lo stile con cui hai fatto la volpe, col muso bello affilato e la codona, Γ¨ proprio il tipico modo di rappresentare le volpi nelle illustrazioni per bambini x) perΓ² si vede che invece nel lupo hai mantenuto il tuo stile, giusto un filino, ma basta a far vedere la differenza tra i due personaggi.. il lupo sembra molto piΓΉ morbido (ok pancione a parteXD) della volpe, forse quello che volevano era che lo stilizzassi un po' di piΓΉ per renderli piΓΉ simili..
In ogni caso complimenti, Γ¨ simpatico e coloratissimo =3

Ho dovuto farli in frettissima (i 4 giorni prima di partire per l'erasmus, li ho spediti la mattina stessa della partenza) perΓ² il tema del concorso mi era troppo congeniale per non partecipare XD
