Hmm that's weird. It should unzip with certain programs. You've right clicked it and there's no option to unzip?

I tried a bit around and I just can't unpack it directly to the Photoshop folder you need. I unpacked it on my desktop and moved it manually (which unnerves me but it's okay)
Now I'm waiting for an opportunity to try them out *_*

I usually unpack it to a folder in My Documents and manually load them into Photoshop
