The seemingly careless splattering of the colorful paint combined with the look on you face gives the photograph overall great depth; it's stunning!

I'm honestly not sure what it is that I like more about this picture; the harsh contrast of your dark features with the neon colors or the fact that you seem absolutely unaffected by the paint.
