To be honest.
The show runners probably wanted to just say fuck preconceived gender norms and named her whatever the fuck the wanted. She could have been Lady Dominator but naw.
My second Guess is that before it was revealed she was a woman I think they did that to keep an air of mystery.
but honestly she's a great character and I could care less what her name was as long as it wasn't stupid.
If I know one thing about character creation is that a good/bad name can make or break a character.Β
