This is Very Blue.Β It is SO blue... I don't Understand Why there is Green Grass.Β It almost Seems Like... ICE? though... Its Not Ice...Β I understand that you have Used a Pink Lighting. It is not Ironic an correct choice, the Use of Yellow would ruin this image...

thats nice. yes but there is not much to tell. just take photoshop and a graphic tablet.
enable pressure settings for the pen and start drawing.
start with clouds / sky to know how the light will fall.
then draw the silhouette of the landscape with the colors you want. no details just the colors.
no you should have the completeΒ color range. so you only need to grab the col. out of the pic and put it where you want it
now dissable the pressure settings for the pen and construct the details.
then draw light reflection to become more detail.
