I love Grell. She's just my absolute favorite! She has more depth to her persona than any other character in the show, & she's a cameo character. Not main, CAMEO. Also, she's amazingly strong. Can you even imagine the intense emotional struggle she must go through, being a woman, but however being trapped in a man's body? Yet, she still manages to pull herself through, & even when other characters are total dicks to her, refusing to recognize her as the gender she identifies as, she doesn't let it get her down. She knows that she is the only one who can define herself, & that she can be whatever she wants to be. She teaches the audience that gender is not necessarily determined by anatomy but by a person themselves. It something that only they can define, & that transexuality is something completely natural, & noting to be ashamed of. Sometimes we don't feel like the bodies we're born in are the bodies we're supposed to be in, & that's okay. Women are women, regardless of their sex. Men are men regardless of their sex. She also teaches the audience that being feminine does not necessarily make a person weak. A person who is feminine can do anything one who is masculine can. She also may have only really been there for comic relief or when the story needed her to be there, but she really is an important character to the franchise, & "Black Butler" might have never been as successful as it was, if she wasn't at her full potential. It really is to bad that we didn't really see Grell as often as we should have, & that she got very little character development. We just didn't get to see enough of her before the anime was cancelled, & Yana Toboso stopped writing the manga.

Grell is my fave character!! And your right. He does have a very atractive voice and he's very funny. I have a little crush on him as well it's to bad he's into guys TT_TT

Actually I'm pretty sure grell is bi and the author has mentioned Grell is transgender... which would make her a her... but I LOVE THIS PICTURE

Grell is not one of my favorites characters, but still I must admitt he is so damn funny!!! Hahahah And your drawing is perfect I love the lines, the background, and everything!!!!
