Asriel from To Kill a Shapeshifter! I made five (5) icons yesterday for characters from that AU since I've started putting together that world on WorldAnvil
It's a great website even when you aren't at a subscription level, highly recommend so far.Both Toriel and Asgore are from a line of people that have absorbed fae magic, which causes colored shapes to appear on their faces and bodies, so Asriel has some too! His fae magic color is cyan/aqua.
