Is a very nice VS but you can change the "Programs" text but dont look nice in spanish windows XP =/

hm... some suggestions:
- lite blue MIN & MAX buttons, not only when hover
- there is no button for "minimaze to tray" in eMule - ok with other VS's
- I don't like how word Programs in Start menu look like - bad font?
- blue progress bar
- better hover effect on buttons (like in M$ Royale or like in CrystalDLB - [link] )

Wow! Very nice theme! I love the toony/joyfull feel to it, great colours too. Looks like the whole Bliss theme is stepping up
