My dear Michelle , This is such a beautiful work of art. The colors are absolutely captivating . I adore how you've captured a delicious sence of warmth and beauty even through the storm and rain .It makes a very clear and powerful statement of not letting a little rain or bad luck prevent you from living your life to the fullest. So bravo there ! Technically speaking , all of your elements are well put together and blended creating a lovely sence of depth and flow.However the woman's shadow (based on the lighting and painted light rays) should come foward to the frame instead of back. I don't think many will notice though as it is not distracting from the pure emotion in this . The Rain also falls a bit short of wow though as well. It does not apear as if it is raining everywhere but just in front of everything instead. To create a better sence of depth with it , I would recommend either using the same brush to create some smaller rain streaks with a lower opacity , OR switching from painted rain to a texture like [link] with the layer blend mode set to "soft light" Other than the rain , I think this work is fantastic !! Keep up the good work my friend !!
