I looove the textures and painting style of this, and the perspective and expressions add such an awesome feel of DRAMA to this. *O* I love the textures as well and teh dude's facial features, very unique! Awesome work!

You are so lucky that you could actually use digital media. Our whole class was REQUIRED to be acrylics (nix the two sharpie projects in the beginning).

To make an image based (or inspired) around 5 stock images. I cheated a little though and did the sketch first then found the images to suit my needs :C
My roomate is doing a book for her Imaging class, I had to do that one in the fall xD Fun stuff. What binding are you doing? I used Japanese Stab Binding

Oh I did this book last semester. It had to be six pages of the "elements of design." Or principles, I don't remember. It was ridiculous, and I spent hours and hours on it. I don't think it turned out too well in the end, though. We didn't really have a binding, we had to make it accordion style, so when we pulled it open it stood on its own.
