You'll have to bare with me on this one.

I started this when I started playing Dark Heresy, which was more or less my first introduction to Warhammer, so my lore was shaky when I put this together at best. Also I tended to work on it, then get busy with something at work for a few weeks, then work on it again- so font and style changes a bit (Not that the font choice was ever really solid to begin with.) I do not know how to unto comics, it was just something fun for the party.

Disclaimer out of the way, Kep was rolled up as a voidborn Darkholder, so I figure they pulled her out of a spacehulk that was drifting in and out of the warp (and getting fuckled there by... what looks like eldar souls, or daemons, but now I'm brushed up on the lore enough to know it was probably the later or perhaps ghosts of jsut about anything. In a Mary Sue world it would be c'tan, but yeah right. Let's go ahead and leave it vague, she doesn't remember it anyways.)

As a result, she's kind of heaps crazy and warp saturated, but they chose not to kill her because.... ????. Stupidity, I suppose. Anyways that doesn't work out very well for them, but she's still a pretty good powerful catch, so they figure she's doing her incantations verbally and take her teeth and tongue. That puts a stop to it until they can drop her down on Terra and peace out, at least, but now 25 years later the party is treated to a colorful variety of sounds from her as she figures out how to use a tongue and teeth again, ala biomancy.
