That's a painting? It's hard to tell at first, cuz the photo is so noisy. But beautifully minimalistic, and wonderfully executed.

I think it's mostly noisy due to the spray-paint. It has a horrible tendency to do that, making it look bad via photograph, online and such, yet great in person as it adds a great texture in most cases.
