You do! I get my palettes by going to www.degraeve.com/color-palette… and entering the url of a picture that I like (tumblr pictures tend to work best for some reason). It'll generate a palette for you based on the picture, so it's a good resource!

No problem!! I almost always decide on a color palette before I do my work as it makes for a more put-together looking image, and this is a great way to get palettes from things you like the colors of.
