This will be the first time i'll share a full version of an enhanced video, upscaled from 1080p to 4k and interpolated to 60FPS. It taked so long because i tested new workflows to get better results.

Without the annoying limitations of the GIF format, there will be longer scenes, with audio, better quality image, lighter files and not limited to 50fps. I'll still make new GIFs, just fewer per scene. With the full enhanced scene shared in video, i don't have the pressure to cover all the interesting shots of a scene in GIFs, just the best of them. There will be exceptions if the scene deserves it.

The GIFs of this scene were made more than a month ago using my previous workflow. I was about to delete them and start again using the new workflow, but i prefer to focus on the next scenes as they look good enough.

Charlie Matheson, one of the few survivors in a post apocalyptic world, had been captured by a deranger man. She is tied up to a chair bolted to the floor, with her hands behind her back and her ankles tightly secured together. As if being firmly bound wasn't bad enough, her captor prepares a deathtrap with a crossbow aimed to her face set to be triggered by a door bobby trap.

Charlie converses with her captor in an attemp to be released with no avail. When she hears her companions approaching her location, she screams for help. A huge mistake, as the kidnapper gags her with tape, disabling her for warning her mates about the trap that would kill her in a gruesome way, just after her screams lured them to it.

The captor flee, leaving Charlie to her fate.

She struggles with increasing intensity. The bolts that held the chair securely to the floor begin to loosen, allowing her more range of motion, which translates into more momentum. At the last second, when the door is opened and the trap triggers the crossbow, the bolts loosen completely, allowing Charlie to dodge the shot by a couple of inches. She stares in utter terror at the bolt in the wall before being rescued by her mates.

Another personal favourite. An amazing scene with a beautiful damsel tied and gagged in a death trap scenario.

The scene starts with a nice shot of her wrist and ankles tied with rope, and then the crossbow that will made part of the death trap. There is an effective shot of charlie's face from the perspective of the crossbow with the bolt aiming at her, establishing the peril she's in.

It's interesting the way her captor shows that he is in full control of the situation, allowing Charlie the chance to convince him to release her. I love how she tries to manipulate him, but she's too clumsy at it, looking awkward rather than charming, and you can feel how this makes him even angrier. She looks adorable by the way, with a nice mix of fear and sadness in her expressions,

The rest of the scene is Charlie now tapegagged, struggling to escape her bounds before the trap kills her. This is the best part by far. The mmmmmphs are glorious and her expressions are priceless.

My favourite shot is the one with Charlie staring at her mates for the first time after realising that she barely escaped death. Even his face shows some disbelief, as if she really didn't expected to survive. We also have an excellent view of her wide-open, beautiful eyes.
