So instead of working on the last commissions I'm drawing female Link. Sorry about that.I have seen many gender swapped Links before but I just wanted to draw her in a way that didn't involve her showing ass and tits, or bending around to make her curves stand out, or with a mini skirt or with a boob window/unbuttoned shirt, cleavage, giant breasts... well, you get the idea.
So, did I manage to make Link look feminine with those those little touches to his original designs?
And yes, that's his badass scarf of badassery.
I failed on giving her muscular arms, tho. First because I had her covered with the whole tunic/chain mail combo and then I couldn't find a way to draw her in her "civvy" clothes that I was happy with.
Also the messy hair made me giggle
Going back to those commissions!

That may be why so many people got mad and confused when they saw the first images of the new Link. It didn't fit their notions of what a male or female Link should look like and that threw them off

About that... what's the hissy tissy for? Whe've been through 16 games (not counting crossplatform which is 26 games) I don't think Nintendo is going to change Links gender, and some people don't think it's Link, WHY WOULDN'T IT BE LINK?

yeah, when I was checking the official art for eye shape and stuff, I started to realize I was going to draw him very similar to how I drew Zelda before, hee hee.

yeah, for OoT they were going to use a Link that looked more like the one from a Link to the Past, you know the goofy hair, round nose, and kinda short, but the artist's wife asked him why not make him prettier and well the results speak for themselves.
