Honestly, Dawn is probably the only MC I would regard as particularly feminine. She's my 2nd favorite though. Unless you're including Lasses and such in 'the other girls.'

while Lyra doesn't use skirts, she is totally going for the adorable and cute side of feminine, and there's always Serena who is pretty much The Girl alongside Dawn. Now Moon is second only to Hilda when it comes to the other side of the scale XD
May, Leaf, Rosa and Ultra Moon are more the middle ground
