Description Another piece of artwork related to SiF's The Extended Railway Series.

From the book "Brave Mountain Engines" this one is of the character Vermat, the Culdee Fell railcar who suffered disaster after disaster with his engine. Desperate to stay on the railway he tried to get Norman sent away but his plans went up in smoke and was sent back to where he came from in disgrace.

Vermat is based on an actual railcar who was scrapped in 2010.

A very interesting piece of mountain transport. Really, it should've gone into a museum rather than been scraped. Now, it's lost to the world...

Mind if I ask, Would you draw a scene from 'Godred's ghost'? I read some of the ERS stuff from SIF and I like to read the full story on it and stuff. Don't have too if you don't want to or your too busy.

Don't forget that he was based on a real railcar that was scrapped, last year (or was it 2010?).
