These characters are from One Piece (Luffy, Ace and Sabo), and I just have to say, I love this anime and manga but I haven't been able to watch the whole anime because it's too long and I was like for the 4th season, however...

I freaking love the meaning of this drawing, I mean, because of the way that Luffy is... he always wants to be a good friend and he always fight to have a friendship forever, no matters what...

So... that's is what I think I wrote in japanese there "be friends forever"
